How to enable footer?

I cannot activate the footer with licence on my askbot installation. but all my tick mark are set on myaskbot.com/settings/LICENSE_SETTINGS/ I' ve made an update few days ago, so now I'm not sure whether is an update problem or some settings are wrong.
